...they are so well made - no nasty casting marks, no unfinished rough edges, and whilst they're tight they fit beautifully. Needs two people to do it, as getting the engine bolts out is a fiddly job. John did most of it, he's a wiz with a torque wrench and a set of spanners, and has every toolknown to man, so thanks John
![]() This is what's in the box: ![]() Right fairing off. Bike's mucky cos it rained yesterday and got covered in salty spray from the road. Needs a wash, didn't have time. This bike's for riding, not for polishing ![]() The idea is that you don't drill the fairing. So you put a mount onto the engine - the longer bolts supplied with the kit bolt into the engine bolt points, and the slider then screws into the mount. Left mount done, fairing back on: ![]() More detailed view of the right side. This next shot is with an engine bolt out. Getting this bolt out is a right fiddly job, you need two pairs of hands, as there's a retaining nut somewhere in behind. It needs a 13 (from memory) spanner to hold it, so you need to hold that (and it's an awkward reach) at the same time as pulling hard on the bolt to unscrew. ![]() The other bolt is easier as there's no nut on the far side. This is John giving it wellie: ![]() Mount on: ![]() Here's John doing up the lower fairing clips: ![]() Job done!!!!: ![]() We put on some paddock stand bobbins at the same time, they simply screw into the frame, easy peasy: ![]() Huge thanks again, John, for doing it and for giving up your Sunday morning ![]() Ed |

It really is a very handsome bike. Reminded my of the special Ducati 916 called the Senna S, probably because of the colour.
