looks like the zx10r one i just fitted to mine mate, if you use this one or a zx10r one you will have to cut the batttery tray .

You'll have to cut the battery box to fit this, its a piggy back reservoir shock and you'll need one with a remote reservoir for no mods at all!

Ok got the shock this mornin now need to sort the front end out, really just want to fit new springs and heavier oil, got a budget of about £150 ish, so do I go for ohlins, hyperpro etc what do you reckon ?

rather than any brand, yu have to ask linier or progressive ?
if linier make sure you get the right spring weight. if you go progressive, there are two types, either two stage (2/3's one rate of whined and a 1/3 tighter) or truely progressive (as in tightens up threw the whole length of the whined). Cheers Mark.

in that case i'd suggest progressives then (but true ones), then set the spacers up according to your rider sag requirements, it'll give you more durability/ flexability on the road.

try hagon for the springs and oil mate. there not listed on there catalogue but if you phone them up they cater for all bikes.
