ive just been sent this by a friend who said it too was parked up on sunday in north wales-

The horsebox was indeed out, but it was parked on the A470, and not quite as close to Llanrwst as reports would have it.

For anyone that knows the area, it was on the straight section just before Maenan when heading north.

B*****X think i passed it on way back from Betws-y-coed.

Sugar, and i dont remember my speed, think it was coming up to a left hander where it was and i think i slow down because i saw it.

Is it not against the "rules" for them to do that?

Also do they not pull you or is it a case of a letter through the post?

if they see u coming at speed, do they run out side to catch your number plate as u zoom past ?
or have they got speed guns faceing both directions....
