Default oil/chain lube on my carpet!!



I just cleaned my bike and ive managed to leave a oil stain or chain lube stain on the carpet, my have been on the underside of a bag or somthing.
what should i use to get rid of it?

Had the same problem last week with my youngest leaving a trail of oil/grease from the push bike across the carpet

Reached for some Hein Gericke motorcycle cleaner, gave it a few sprays, left a minute or two and it came up like new . Result

Laminate Flooring
I did exactly the same thing, walked straight through the living room with that horrible black gunky stuff that builds up around the front sprocket on the base of my shoes. I couldn't shift it with anything I had in the house, so decided I didn't like the carpet anyway.
Love the new laminate quick mop over & job done

yep thats exactly what i did. Im at uni so I cant really change the flooring!

I tried the washing up liquid trick, and that half worked, I will go and get some baby wipes when im next at the shops!
