bloomin DVLA
sent my paper and card licence off to be updated.
sent it in the neat lil plastic wallet got it all back today- NO WALLET !!! thieves.!!

Thats the norm Quiffy, they don't send them back. Always been the case, with the old paper license they told you somewhere not to send it as you won't get it back.
Someone somewhere has a shed load and selling on flea bay no doubt.

They stopped supplying them due to Health and Safety issues , apparently they split on the folds and somebody somewhere had a little "Paw-Paw" by touching it and their bottom lip came out . They complained and they were withdrawn . I kept mine
