Default Help Valuing a Bike

My friend is being forced to sell her much loved XT250. Trouble is she has no idea what would be a fair price. Any suggestions what the bike is worth?

XT250 W-Plate (1981)
13000 miles (really)
Not off-roaded
All original except for Micron exhaust
One Lady Owner

Any suggestions of a fair value welcome.

See how this one ends to get an idea, it's a 'mint' original 1984 version.

A spares repair one recently went for ?320.

tricky....... as it looks mint, but is still 27 years old, i would say £500-£700.......... but to a collecter, or someone who realy wants one maybe more.

but for that money you could buy somthing a lot newer

+1 - also do a search on past auctions by ticking the "completed listings" box to see how much they've sold for in the past - I think you need an ebay account to do this type of search.
