That might sound expensive in comparison to the other tyres out there but the pilot Powers have by far the best wear rates on anything I've tried in the last 9 months (thats a lot of tyres )

So the expense is relative. If they last 2000 miles longer than anything else you have to pay less for fitting along with the bonus of extra mileage.

£216.95 delivered from round and black on Ebay:

plus £30 fitting at ATS for loose wheels

they are worth the mony considering the milage you can get from them

Id go for PP. Forget PP2's, I cant tell any difference except the time they last, PP last longer than PP2's! Unless going on a track you wont make the most of them... and even then ill bet you'll not notice the difference.

So go for PP's. Or even PR2's... They are also very good on the road, I never had an issue with them at all.

I think he means PP2's not PR2s.

I've got PR2s on my CBR and they are good tyres and last longer than PP2s. More than enough for the riding I do.

Very pricey... Pro-bike quoted me £238 inc fitting for Pilot Power 2cts a few months back, and I think all dual compound Michelin tyres are discounted at the moment anyway..
