How long did it take you to pass your test?

There's been a few "I failed" threads around here plus a couple of my friends have been moaning about how they or their friends have failed lately. I'm curious to see how people around here did in general. So, how many attempts did it take you to pass and how long did you ride on a CBT before taking the test?

I passed first time but I spent a year and half riding with L plates before I took the test.

4 days.

Did the CBT on Sunday, passed test on Wednesday afternoon. But... I'd been driving for 10 years so road sense was already developed and I'd spent a lot of time tooling around on bikes off road as a teenager so I knew how everything worked. I just needed a couple of days to get used to a 500 before the test.

10 * 1 hour lessons.

1 day training passed next morning 3 minors

8 * 2 hour lessons and passed first time. Even with two hour lessons it felt like I had just started riding as I was getting off again. The test felt like it lasted about 5minutes 0_o

Passed my test in 1988,just turned 17,1st time,passed on my suzuki gsx400 with a sidewinder although had been riding various sized machines since the age of 7.

passed my CBT in october 2006, rode a cg125 for 7 months, 2 days on a 500 in june last year then the test passed with 1 minor

Just the 30 odd mins of the test!!!!

Now if your asking how much training I had then I'd have to say CBT and 4 days!
