OK so i want sky+ as my DVD recorder had packed up, can i get through to sky? NO!!! can i order on line? NO! how do i order? do they not want my £160? I HATE SKY!!! Ive been phoning now for 3 days!!!!!!

Well just get it from Virgin then, its cheaper more space as its a 160GB drive, and it has a 'dual' recorder.

We have Sky+. It only ever gets used to record Unfabulous (Miss) and The Apprentice (Mrs). I don't know how to use it
