Just wanted to let everyone know what a great job Express Insurance have done for me. I know everyone has good and bad experiences with every insurance company but these guys have been amazing.

1 - they insured my SV last year at a rate that was £200 cheaper than all the other companies (and believe me I rung everyone up for the best quote)

2 - they were really helpful and efficient when I made a claim last year

3 - whenever I have had to change the policy - address, new exhaust etc they have implemented the change (usually with no additional fees).

4 - this year I upgraded to a CBR600RR 10 days before the end of the policy. They quoted me for 1yrs insurance with 1yr no claims discount even though I had 10 days before that was a reality. They were also £300 cheaper than other insurance companies (once again I rung up most different companies). When I told the other companies the price I had been quoted they were liturally shocked and told me to buy it asap.

5 - I insured the new bike last night at 5pm. At 6pm I realised that I needed a cover note to tax my bike so I rung them back. Even though it was really late in the day my cover note still arrived this morning. This has got me out of a hole as I needed the tax today so that I could go on a track day with the Thames Valley section on Monday.

I dont work for them or have any affiliation, but they have impressed me so I thought I would share my experience with you guys. I rate them highly and would definately advise you to give them a call next time your policy is up for renewal (even if you are not riding a Suzuki!!)

It would be good to have a sticky with information on insurance companies i.e. quotes, quality of service etc.

Perhaps a Top 10 updated weekly / monthly - Moderators can this be done as it would prove real useful?

Ive used Express for the last 2 years and found them good to deal with on price & service (they also run the Suzuki insurance scheme)
