Best deals on SV650S

I'm looking for an SV650S.
Anyone know the best place to buy one?
North West is best, but anywhere that can deliver is good for me.

Whats the best deal on a nice Blue one?

Does the Sv650S still exist? or is it an SV650Sport?

I'm pretty sure the SV650s (the half faired one) is still for sale as they offered it to me. Down here (near london) I was offered one on a 57 plate for around ?3799 but this was a few months ago and obviously the offer could be dealer specific and too far for it to be worthwhile for you, but gives you an idea on the sort of prices you can be looking at.

I was looking at new ones, and the very helpful guy at Allbikes (Rochdale), Dan, offered me the sport version at ?4000, 2008, full warranty (2 years), Raodside for a year and 1st service ?45. Only do Black (red seat) and met. grey this year though.

There is a place in Scotland, offering ?3995 with the above plus free servicing (bit far to travel though!) I'd see if they can match if you want a new one.

i take it that its a new one your looking?

I was offered a 07 on an 57 plate for 3.7 an 07 on an 08 for 3.9 and the Fully faired K8 Sport 4.1 there are probably better deals out there but I bought from a local dealer as I couldn't be bothered with travelling just to save maybe 1-200

If you can be a*&^%d to travel and shop around ask the bigger guys DK (not sure if they do suz) george white etc etc for a quote get in writing then beat your local dealer over the head with it to see how much he wants your business

look for one outside the warranty if you can and self service. I'm regretting buying new now but ah well.

If you can find an 06 plate one with under 5k for about ?3k then you'll be onto a winner

cupar motorcycles in scotland are doing a brand new k8 sv650 sport for ?3995. this includes the ?400 cash back that suzuki are offering at the moment i think. but the guys are top, done me a very good deal, and delivered the bike to me for free (i live in scotland but was still over 100mile ound trip). they do put in 1st service free (not the best when you dont live near by tho) AA roadside assistance for 1 year plus usual warranties etc..... maye worth a call to them, they can do everything over the phone

I've been to three places, so far 4k is the best i've been offered, though I was suprised how easy it was.

"I'm looking to buy in a couple weeks, guys elsewhere will do it for 4k, you match?"
"erm.... ok yeah we can do that"
"cool i'll be in touch"

Seems too easy, I start thinking "well in that case maybe they can do it for less!" :/
