Any property lawyers here?
Evening all,
I've got a quick question to ask anyone who is a property lawyer, or knows about property law regarding lettings. Our very own Spidey has clarified the issue for me, but I just need confirmation where I stand in the eyes of the law. I can't say too much on here because it's and open forum, but if you could PM me that would be great. Cheers, P
