race seat unit
hi all,
i am after a race seat unit to fit a k5 model. anyone got anything? any advise on what other seat units would fit without making to much modifications. thanks steve |

you will probley find it hard 2 get a used one or an offer on one anyway.if you want one ya will probley end up having 2 go 2 a shop JHS do them and KOMPOTECH.
tho thers a few of the older gsxr ones fit pretty well i had the K1/K2 model seat unit on my bike fitted well and looks not far of the orignal race sv650 unit.

Most other race seat units require an SDC subframe of something similar. If not you are pretty much stuck with JHS stuff or as mentioned before the K1/K2 Gixer units. Ive just managed to squeeze on a Gixer 600 K5 unit but I had to do quite a few mods to my stock subframe.
