Personally I see no point in having those, reason being that I pretty much set up my preload once then that's me (although I do only ever ride 1-up).
You can add more or take away easy enough by cutting bits off the spacer or adding extra spacers in the forks. If you're really keen why not try svspares.com? |

But as Jase said they are a bit surplus to requirements and cost mucho dosho.
