Need a welder... - SV650.org

I have a question for the mighty .Org......

Some of you may know that i own a sled dog supply store (linky in my sig)... what we need is for someone to make up a dog stake... a bit like these:

They are about 60cm long and 5cm thick (well the circumference) and mushroomed at the top with a loop around the top of the stake so that when the dog is attached to it, the line swivels around the top and doesn't just wrap itself around getting shorter and shorter... as Lupo found with his stake at the weekend and managed to get his paw stuck between the post and the chain!! (He of course cried like a baby until i went over to rub it better!!).

So is anyone able to make some of these up or know of any companies that can get these made?? They need to be fairly hard wearing... baring in mind lupo can pull a ton and has in the past managed to bend a stake!!

Yeah, me 3 ... I have only got an arc welder, so the weld/finish won't be a pretty as a gas welder, but I could soon weld those components together like that (the pic doesn't exactly have the best looking weld/finish I have ever seen
