Good service from M&P
Mods, move if necessary.
 I recently ordered some bits & bobs (technical term) from M&P, this was the day before yesterday. Today, I randomly checked emails, and bu**er me, the address is my old one!! Queue lots of swearing from me!  So I used the "contact us" part of the site, and explained that I was a muppet. Not 5 mins later, and email arrives. "Hi Dave, No problem, I've amended the address, and your order is shipping today."  Feel free to point & laugh at my school boy error. |

They took over a week to post me HALF of my order and they didn't even make it first class. And charged me a fiver for it even though it was just an envelope |
