Default Well I knew he would do it again

The twin Bro. He responsible for me going back on two wheels, he who never would give up.

For the past few years he sells a bike too old to ride, not enough time, too dangerous. Give it a few months and he get the bug again.

Well this time it is almost a year without a bike for him. Determined that he would never go back. Well it is his lads 16th birthday this week and they have bought him a moped. Being a responsible parent he needed to ensure that not only does young Curt do his CBT but then learns properly how to stay alive on the road. Uncle Tim cannot be there all the time. So dad needs to be able to teach young Curt road skills. cue next bike for the garage.

So he has bought an Aprillia RSV Mille, not the R as he is too old for all that. an O3 with 4500 on the clock. We go to pick it up tonight so I will get to give it a test ride then.

Hartside at the weekend if fine. Definately a pair of fair weather power rangers.

That would be an Aprillia RSV Cinquecento, then.

I've seen a Smart car with a Busa engine in it... but not a Cinquecento with an RSV(R) engine in it... I wonder what that'd be like...

Sorry, carry on.

That would be like a crappy Fiat with a decent engine on it. HTH.

RSV seems a little overkill so why not go the whole way and get the Factory!! I nearly got one on Saturday but luckily I had enough self control to not spend £8500!

I did ask him why not the Factory and he claims to have spent all his extra cash on the lads moped and insurance.

Went down to his place to help him pick it up. Too busy do it another night.

FFS, he has just bought his first bike for nearly a year and can't be bothered. It does not bode well.

His previous ones have included GT250, GT750, CX500, GS800, CBX, Pantah, SS900, ZX7, 954 Blade, GSXR 750. So you would think the bug was deeply embedded. He is suppressing it well.

Patience young Grasshopper, when the moon is at it's zenith and the moment is right to feel the heavenly glory, the motorcycle will be wheeled to its new home. From there great adventures and wondrous stories will unfold.

Until then you must learn to walk upon the rice paper and leave no print from your passing...
