...spawned testicles today. Or, rather, the restrictors were taken out. Its a day early, but my dad said we should do it today as he;s not busy.
I took it for a little ride, just to check everyone is in order... ...and holy moly, that thing is fast!!!!! I'll have a whole lotta new things to learn now. ![]() ![]() Matt |

Very well, I shall try my best.
"As I stradle my bike and fire it into life, I notice the tone of the exhaust is a bit raspier, the revs more sensitive to throttle movement. My senses are instantly alert - what am I about to experiance? As I shut the vior of my Arai helmet and engage first gear, I slowly pull away. Gently I ease my so far faithfull sted onto the main road. Up ahead a dual carrigeway awaits me. I accelerate smoothy, up into third gear. Once the road opens out, I boldly twist the throttle open. The volume of the Fuel exhaust increases, my body feels like it is being pulled backwards as my once gentle 645cc motorcycle surges forward with the urgency of a young man discovering the delights of fornication. My smile is imeasurabley wide, my engine RPM's high and my speed fast. I shut the throttle and brake as the 2 lanes merge once again. I settle back down, my machine behaving as it did this morning. But it is all differant now, my Suzuki SV650sx is back to full power, and new horizons greet me - more positive overtaking, beter long-distance riding, better riding with a pillion. My SV, once a small boy with all the enthsiasm in the world, is now a man, with all the power one could ever need." That ok? ![]() |

Actually I'm a little envious. I wish MY SV had some restrictors that I could remove
![]() It must be like a whole new bike, or at least an old bike with the best and cheapest performance modification ever. Enjoy 2nd gear out of 30 limits. |
