Hey.
Mange to fit everything together okey. But the popers wont fit now. The back cowling is pushed forward by the Hamicad eliminator. So do i need to cut more away from the mud spoiler? Anyone had the same problem? I have a K7 S, had to cut the back fin off the mud spoiler to get it in. But it seems the eliminator is pushing the mud spoiler forward. And holding the cowling back. So the holes wont align up. Any tips? |

Hi,
Fitted one a couple of months ago without any problems. You shouldn't need to cut anything at all. The bit that I found most awkward was re-positioning the black plastic undertray once the Hamicad was in place. This was a bit of a tight fit and a little persuasion was required but it gave in eventually. I didn't have any issues with the back cowling fitting. Again, just a little jiggling was required to make sure that all holes for the bolts and poppers were aligned. I'm not sure what to suggest other than double checking that you have the Hamicad aligned properly and that the undertray is sat neatly and squarely between it and the rear seat frame. Regards, John. |
