One of my fellow SV friends referred me to this site...
So as a single mum who's second pure joy in life is riding Red (her 2001 SV), I'm looking at a long road before I can afford an aftermarket exhaust. Currently the stock pipe's on her, but it seems to be a total tragedy for her to sound so muffled! (not to mention the torque I'm missing...) I'm just putting some feelers out there for anyone selling an aftermarket exhaust (prefer Hindle or Leo Vince, but can't be choosy when you've got stock!) or knows of places that give good deals on used/new aftermarket exhausts. I've gotten some great advice this site, so hope y'all can help a gal out! |

Hello and welcome, I guessing here, but would that Victoria BC be British columbia by any chance ?
If so then you should be aware the site is mostly UK based, so anyone selling would normally be over here, but you never know. FYI the SV system is a one piece and will need to be cut* to add an aftermarket can**, or a complete system can be fitted instead although that will require re-jetting and a better filter to make the most of it. * do a search all the dtails are on here somewhere. ** just about any cheap can will do as all are an improvement on a standard can, but don't expect much in the way of performance, it's very much just the sound thing with a slip-on. HTH.

Well I do have one to Sell for about £60 - however the cost of shipping it to Canada will prob be about the same as the cost of the can
The Can i am Selling is a slightly marked (Hence the price) colored Titanium Fuel Exhaust and the price includes the link pipe, the Baffles (as it is removable) and the Hanger. Check out the page and take a look http://www.fuelexhausts.com/ if still interested PM me back ![]() |
