Anybody work for BT on here....

that could help me with an ongoing account problem (broadband and phone line) i have with them and advise as to how i could get it sorted... cos i've just about had enough of them no amount of phone calls or emails help cos everytime i get thru to a different person who gives me different information/advice!!

somebody pleeeeeez help

Sorry I don't work for them but I hate them. I had a phone account with them and I moved house in March so settled my previous account in Feb. I am now getting letters from a debt collection agency telling me they are taking me to court for non-payment of ?8.48. Everytime I phone BT they tell me that I don't owe anything (which I don't) but they are unwilling to call the debt collection agency even though they are the one's who have instructed them to chase me!! WTF?! BT are underhand and a rip off.

totally agree... cos of a blunder - complicated - they took 3 months to sort... they cancelled my broadband and now want me too pay £105 cancellation fee and then reapply .... WTF... underhanded and a rip off - an understatement.. unfortunately due to circumstances i cant do without my broadband. oh well... just another happy BT customer!! grrr

think RDoD works for them, but not 100% sure.

This is why I left and went with SKY for all the lot tv, phone and broadband. piece of p**s to deal with and sorted straight out. Kusty.

But you have to have a BT phone line to use sky? So you are not getting rid of them.

You dont have to get your line rental from BT when with sky. You can get it from anywhere......Post Office Line rental is the cheapest, or was.

I work for them, but I'm in Openreach and you need BT Retail.
