I saw some a post about the tank bag recently, but have been looking at these 2 instead. Anyone got any experience of either of them?
I'm after a budget tank bag that won't be used too much and don't want to stretch to rack/top box etc etc. Comments please? Ta http://www.mandp.co.uk/productinfo.a...&affId=1506797 http://www.mandp.co.uk/productinfo.a...&affId=1506797 |

For something that won't be used too often, there's nowt wrong with either of them.

If they still have some laying about the 15quid ones from Lidl are great.

I've got a similar cheapy Oxford tank bag and it's fine. I wouldn't like to go touring Europe with it but it's great for lashing things like waterproofs, wallet, phone etc if you're not travelling too far from home.
For £12.00 you can't really go wrong ![]() |

my dad got one from lidle and its great for the money. but which ever you get defo get some of the non slip rubber mesh stuff not so much to stop it sliping but stop the magnet picking things up and scratching the tank. even the very fine dust can leave a horrible mess.

Yes, bought the second one (Quantum) before the AR and it was £15 (from M&P also), so for £12 it is a bargain. Very similar to the Oxford First Time expandable bag, minus the rucksack straps. Comes with rain cover and the bag zips off the base to leave just a map holder on the magnetic base too. Also the front outside pocket zips off to become an **** bag. You'll not be disappointed if you buy one.
