Handed in my notice!!!!
Heya All
What a great day....Lily passed her test and I got to hand in my notice today!!!!!! Recieved the contract by email today. I not only get a sizeable salary jump but also now will have the responsibility of managing people which I have been wanting to do for ages. Just wanted to share with the org as it has been such an amazing day. I am on cloud nine right now. Drew

People are a right pain in the backside. Just wait til they start phoning in sick when you are off. Guess who has to go in to fill in for them. Thats right. You. Fingers crossed you get a good bunch, because you can't fire people these days even if they are rubbish. Its against their human rights don't you know

LOL Managing people can be the most rewarding part but it's also the most stresfull. I used to love it though I do like the complete lack of resposibility I have now!! |
