OR up a nice twisty road from you...

A5 - A51 - A525 - A5104 - A494 - A4212 for example

or easier...

A5 to Corwen then A494 to Bala then A4212 to Frongoch (actual site of rafting centre).

Hell it's almost worth coming down to show you the way!
