That's the High School here in town - we were shown footage from that same camera when we were at school by the Road Safety coppers years ago. There's a tuck shop right across the road, and the stupid b*&"$*'s can't be bothered to walk the 10 yards to the crossing and instead jump that railing!! I HATE going past there at lunchtimes, it's like watching a game of Frogger!
