New Test Delay 6 months

Sorry if this have been posted before, but it would appear that the forthcoming bike test change is being delayed until 30th March 2009 after the authorities realise at the last minute that they do not have enough new test centres, depsite being told this constantly for the last 6 months.

Great news for those who were looking to re-test in time, now perhaps they could relax, have a few more lessons and do the test in their time! Great for bike training schools too as many feared they would go under in areas not covered by the new test centres.

I still dont think the authorities will have sufficient centres in March either.
