Default Rear brake notchiness

when i press the brake all is good until it gets to the full extent of the leaver travel and it starts to get notchy.

poss master cly needing a rebuild? or something else?

WD40 & grease up the pivot point on the brake pedal.

That should sort you out. Also, check to ensure that the spring is still attached to the pedal - mine has gone missing & occsionally feels like this - but it's not enough of a problem for me to pay the £3 or whatever it is for the tiny spring.
