Just burn it as a data CD. Job jobbed (as long as the car stereo plays mp3s)

And if it doesn't, burn it as an audio CD.

Depends what software you are using, but burning it as a data cd would work. If you're running a windows system you can just insert the disc then drag and drop the mp3 files on to it on screen, when you're finished click on "write to cd". Check the instructions for your stereo though because sometimes there's a limit to how many files you can have in a directory before the stereo stops recognising them (mine is 250) but you could have several folders each with the max number of files in, up to the capacity of the disc.
And beware, if your stereo isn't mp3 compatible burn it as audio (approx 20 tracks) you'll booger it up trying to play a data disc (hundreds of tracks), I know from experience and a £50 bill to fix it!! ![]() |

Do you have Nero on your machine? It comes with most CD drives, it's not amazing but it's as simple as you could want really.

Download iTunes. Much easier to create/change formats of your music and burn CD's in MP3 or audio CD.
You need to make sure your CD player in your car can play MP3's CD's MP3's are a different format to normal CD audio. Just because MP3's can be burnt onto a CD doesn't mean it can be played by a regular CD player.

I do that sort of stuff in itunes as well. Apple might be evil, itunes might be nasty, but it does make it simple and I really cant be ar*ed faffing about with Nero and the like to do something that should just be click and go IMHO.
