I know very little about pushbike 'brands' .. I know cheap is rubbish .. but hoping a £240 bike (originally) should be reasonably ok?
So bearing in mind it is £120 as it is half price not just 'cheap' is this bike any good?? - not for hardcore competition, but will it fall to bits in 5 mins like my other pushbike? |

Don't put any faith in the suspension but I can't see why it shouldn't stand up to a little abuse!
Argos are good at replacing/refunding if something does go caput on it in the first year! |

It'll be sh*te, non branded generic gears, cheap suspension and it'll probably weight half a tonne.
You'd be better off going to your local bike shop and spending that kind of money in there. Or as Hovis says get something 2nd hand.

Ah ... muddyfox is what I was thinking of!!! ... hence why my initial thinking it was an entry level bike from a decent 'named' brand just 1/2 price ...
I'll steer clear of that one then ... My tescos & dump-bike amalgamation will have to keep me right for a bit longer then!! ![]() |

That bike is a pile of crap. The RRP price is no where near what it is worth, the sale price is more correct.
I don't buy bikes with full suspension under £800 because the suspension is cheaper and does more bad than good for riding. Take alook at these two, peronsally i wouldnt bother spending anyless as they will probably fall to bits. http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/pr...C_11_Bike_2008 http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/pr...Mens_Bike_2008 Ta Gary |
