Default Looking at an '04 SV650

So I found a guy with a 2004 SV. Its got 10K miles, always garaged. Was asking $3500USD. Its got a Yoshimura exhaust. It seems to have fallen at low speed; theres a small dent in the tank, no scratches anywhere else. The radiator is cocked to one side and is missing a mounting bracket screw. Probably from hitting the ground? Also the rear brake.. does not work. Theres almost no fluid in the reservoir. However theres no sign of leakage around the caliper or master cylinder. Where can brake fluid go? The horn doesn't work, the original mirrors are gone. The rear tire is bald. Also, I believe the user put a high powered headlight bulb in the light, because the plastic lens is MELTED in the center! I test rode it and it seems fine, and I think I can get him down on the price. What do you think?

You might be better off at www.svrider.com

We wouldn't know if thats a good price or not in good ol' Blighty.

But knowing how common SV's are here, I'd hang out for a better example, sounds neglected.
