A friend of mine has convinced me to get a Trials bike and to go do trails with him.
I have to say it seems like a good idea ... I used to turn my nose up a bit at trials as it seemed a bit poofy ![]() ![]() Anyone else into Trails? ![]() |

I wouldnt class Trials biking as 'more sedate'
I have a friend who competes at a fairly high level, infact pretty near the top, he is always dislocating and breaking stuff.

I don't care about that ... I just care about killing or maiming myself ... you would have to be seriously unlucky to do that in Trials ... trails or whatever it is called ![]() But you are right, some of the 'pro' stuff looks immense!! ![]() But it is not like that is the sort of thing I'd be doing as a noob ![]() |

Used to do MCC classic trials, Exeter, Lands End on the MOST unsuitable machinery ( Maicoletta scooter, Healey 3000 ) & have recently thought an SV, suitably modified, would make an excellent weapon for these.
Anyone game? |

So are you doing trails or trials. Hovis's bikes Vs the road legal ones for greenlanes and /or enduro?
