Default Tea and a duffnut

Its dry any sunny so I might blow some of the cobwebs away and have a ride down to Clacton staying on the main roads to avoid the wet leaves on the corners after yesterdays bad weather.

Pier cafe at high noon anybody??

Unfortunately work is the curse of most bike riders,but alas when your old grey and balding it doesn't seem so relevant. To be honest I don't know where I found the time to fit it in,------------never mind your time will come-----EVENTUALLY

Yeah and then you'll be complaining that your hips/neck/back hurt everytime you ride and that you have to sleep for two hours when you get home!! comes to us all

Who does that? I only felt like that after my little encounter with the kerb and grass... And even then I only had a nap for half and hour
