Default Fork gaiters and paint

...for SRAD600 forks.

Could someone recommend me some gaiters, whether you think they're worth having etc.

And recommend me some tough black paint for the fork bottoms. The less preperation required the better please.

Aha one of my first mods. After some extended research I bought genuine Triumph gaitors (Thruxton or Bonneville I think). They are a perfect fit for the sv650n forks, dia & length) and hi quality (5 years/26000 km mounted) - no problems. Even didn't have to fix bootom-side because of perfect match.

The SRAD forks are significantly fatter than the stock SV ones

What painting the fork lowers? I doubt it unless it was stolen, recovered but still had a claim against it.

Couldn't find gaiters so have ordered some little protector things.

If you do, you'll also need to fit the fork gaiters to hide the oil seeping from the knackered oil seals.
