They just go on in place of the large washers on the lowers no cutting

i may be interested in the rack but i havnt got any money for a couple of weeks if youve still got it i'll have it.

is the rack definitely sold then in that case i'm out.

I think the can looks a tad too close to "legal" for my liking, but i'll take the other bits of pipework and buy a can from fuel or something.
