Default Mamma Mia!

Now I don't do chick flicks, and I don't do musicals, but we had 10 free rentals from Blockbusters, so got this out.

I ******* loved it!

Maybe it was the Abba songs, maybe it was seeing Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgård in glam rock gear, I don't know, but what a film.

As for Meryl Streep.................I will never look at her in the same way again, she was bloody brilliant in this.

Anyone else seen it and loved it?

Watched it t'other night with the girlfriend - was initially a bit sceptical as not my thing at all, but have to say I was pleasantly surprised and well entertained.

Saw it in on stage in the West End a few years ago (was just along the block from the SM meet)

Saw the film on the way back from NZ in Nov - the level of the singing ability wasn't as gratingly bad as I feared it would be.

Sorry, oh loves it, dad and his gf love it, aunty and uncle love it, I've managed 7 mins, 11 mins and 13 mins each time i've tried to watch it, horrible, horrible, you're supposed to laugh with a film not at the film.
