Default Brake bleeding - for the millionth time.

ive got an mot in two hours time.

ive rebuilt the brake calipers and now its time to fill the system up with new brake fluid but for some reason the fluid isnt pulling through?

ive bought one of the one man easy bleed but when i pump the lever and then undo the nipple nothing comes out not even air noise.

i am retightening the nipple before releasing the lever. is there somehting im doing wrong?

Clearly there must be, have you done brakes before ?

obvious first, you have removed the black rubber seal from the res ?
and filled beneath it with fluid ?

the brake hose is firmly attached to the master cylinder at the top ?

losen the caliper banjo bolt and with a rag below it try pumping some fluid threw, it comes out the banjo, yes ?

try the other side as well?

do them both up, and remove the bleed nipple. try again, fluid still coming out ?

this should get fluid threw most of the system and ready to bleed the air of.

refit the nipples and bleed as normal.

HTH.

Cheers Mark.

You could try sucking from the caliper end to get it going. Probably best with a syringe but i guess you don't have much time
