Well dreams come true, I guess.
I've always wanted to open my front door to a be greeted by a girl in nightware, with a 4 pack of beer. I opened the door today & found a pretty girl in her night ware!!!! Result! Thank you Mr Valentine - though next time can you get it all right, 100% right, not just 50%. You forgot to give her the 4 pack f Heinekin and all she did was complain that she's on nights and her flat is underneath mine and she can't sleep because we're making too much noise. Next time Valentine, mate, make sure that you provide her with beer and if you could do something to stop her complaining...maybe make her deaf or something like Helen Keller. So Val, me ol' mate, please try harder! |

nothing!
I was mainly sitting down in the living room working on my website & watching Grand Designs. She left us a note in January that she could hear doors slamming & footsteps. Since then I've put loads of draft excluder tape on the doors to stop them banging & we've all been wearing slippers in the house (I bought some specially!). I think she's being a bit over sensitive - I can hear the people in the flat above me moving about (And the bloke upstairs *really* snores!). Not much I can do except try to be understanding. I've asked her to give us a list of when she's next working nights - so at least she knows that we're not monsters! |
