Default Feeling sorry for myself!

Last Wednesday I started coming down with a bit of a bug. By Friday I was off work, layed up in bed, feeling like death. I've had shivers, fever, aches in all my joints and muscles, a throbbing headache, swollen glands, runny nose and a hacking cough. I also feel so weak and unsteady on my feet.

I've not been to work again today and god am I bored! There's only so much sleeping, net surfing, TV watching and reading you can do, and I've done it! I'm an active person and can't cope after only 4 days! It's made me realise that I probably haven't got the right sort of personality to cope with a long term illness or incapacity.'Touch wood' that I'll never find out.

Had this bug, not pleasant at all. If it goes on longer than a week, go and see the doc.
Spoilt 2 of my 3 weeks off work. One day i'd feel fine, next day carp, because I'd done too much the day before.

Didn't feel better until i'd had some anti bioptics as i had a sinus infection, which led to a chest infection.

Get it sorted & GWS
