NCB:- Any body in the know
Does any body know who will allow me to keep my NCB even tho it is JUST over 2 years old?

No most places ive looked at say must have held insurance in the last 2 yrs, I phoned express and they said they have known of places do 2.5 years, Nice shiny black1 with the same extras i put on my old one that u are lucky enough to own
