Just found out I have lost another relly to cancer, shame really as this was actually one of the few I liked. Only ever saw him at hatching/matching/despatchings. He liked his pop.

At bro's wedding he got the first round in, took a big swig, spat it out and said to barman, "You are supposed to pull it from a barrel not the f***ing cut", to which the barman said "Sir, I assure you it is from a barrel". Turned round to me and said "the one we keep filled with canal water for gobby tykes like him"

Colin took it in good taste, and at my sisters wedding at same venue asked for a pint of cut water, shame it was a different barman and it went straight over his head.

Hope they serve good ale where ever you are mate.

just last week i went to my freinds funeral he had cancer for the last 5 years, he was only 36
