Default Draggin Jeans and the like.

I feel a bit exposed in regular denim jeans for obvious reasons and put on my leather & textile pants even when popping to the shops.
This takes ages and I reckon they will be very hot in the summer.

Im not convinced by the concept of kevlar jeans. Abrasian quailities fair enough but minimal impact protection surely?

Saw people out today in shorts and t shirts however so maybe its horses for courses....

These people are idiots IMO. I have no experience of kevlar jeans though.

gotta pair of draggin jeans and they spend most of the time in the wardrobe. apart from making me look like woody out of the toy story i am conscious of the fact that they do not offer the same level of protection as my leathers.
wimp i hear you cry, i cannot argue.

I agree - I was going to buy some for practicality but Im not sure that in an off you'd fair much better than in a pair of Levis. Fair enough sliding down tarmac is a pain in the 8rse (literally) - I'm more concerned about impact injuries than road rash. Someone will be along in a minute to tell me otherwise!

I have ridden in my denum kevlar jeans for a year now, fortunatly not crashed in them but more than happy to ride in them hard when the weather is good, abrassion resistance seems good but the impact resistance is what they lack....

I had shoshoni's in the 80s or maybe 90s. Wear dragging Jeans now. Prefer them on the whole to textiles. In fact I liked them so much I got second pair. My German mates hate the fact that I underdress for the bike. So these were better than Levis, Each to their own I suppose.

I love my draggin jeans. Live in them through summer. Have ridden through France in them, lovely jubbly. Just been out in them now
A mate came off his Buell at 60 in them, and the only thing that damaged on them was the **** pocket ripped on the stitching

I've got a pair and i love them, but only wear them for short bimbles, not proper rides. Once I get some thermal armoured undies (forcefield) I reckon I'll wear the pair of them all the time

YC lives in 'em all year round lol! He loves 'em so much he bought two pairs, one to wear while the others in the wash They've even got their own waterproofing now they're so saturated with oil and grease He wears his leathers for long rides though.

I'm getting some as soon as the funds allow definitely worth the pennies!
