i have the ones with the cup type thing, then the pipes (4) fit with springs
i was struggerling on saturday, although i did have a few pints first, and it was getting dark so i wajust wondering the eisest way to do it, fit the cups to the pipes then try to bolt them to the engine, or the other way round ![]() |

Fit the stubs first, but leave all the bolts a little loose. Get the pipework in place and make sure everything is happy and unstressed -any bits under tension have a risk of cracking, when the fit is good tighten up the bolts from the front to the back.
As you're changing to a new exhaust fit new gaskets.

Fit new gaskets as advised, tighten bolts to the specified torque.
