I'm out quite a bit this week so have a backlog, had to come in to get things done while the phone isn't ringing.

Looking at a grant funding agreement from a regional development agency to help a client with a capital project. Their attitude is usually 'do you want the money or not? - if yes, sign up. If not, bugger off' - so not exactly a lot of scope for negotiation of this 50 page monster.

Well it's either that, or 20 pints a week (because of the logistics of it), but I've got the rest of the Guinness I didn't finish last night
