about councils!..

some bloke in it has loads of bike parts etc in his garden and they get removed- might be interesting..

If you dont keep your council house in good order, they tend to sort it for you if they deem it a hazard, seen as its their property afterall lol

Not watching it but can imagine the scenario.

There is an estate near here which is 90% council let and there is literally some front gardens with 6 or 7 (scrap) cars rotting away.

I watched it just now quiff, recorded it last night to watch today as have an interest in town planning....he has some right classic parts there eh?!

just goes to show as they said on the programme one mans junk is anothers man treasure!
