Pubs on the A5?
Good evening guys,
On tuesday I'm gonna be travelling from london to lincoln (via derby) to see the missus at uni, i've planned a nice senic route which involves a fiar stretch on the A5, judging by the distance and time this should put me on it around lunch time, so anyone know of any good pubs along the A5 that i could get a hearty meal from? I'll be in pretty much full white leathers with a sizable pack on my back so hopefully landlords etc wont mind..... |

Not a pub, but Auntie Ruths Diner is on the A5 at Hinckley. Its next to a Ford garage, just before the island that joins with the A47, about 2 miles after the the M69 roundabout. Its set back from the road and has a big car park, you cant miss it.
They do good grub if thats what your after
