Welcome to the forum!!

The best tip is to take it easy and grow with the bike.
Keep the shiny sides up too

Pop along to the madlanders section on here and check out the rideouts and meets, get out and meet the nutters (theres a good bunch on here and all are friendly too)

3/ dont crash (ask plowsie it hurts)
4/ look at madlanders group (there round you neck ov the woods)
5/ start getting the miles under your belt (look for rideouts near you in above)
6/ bewarned these lot are mental (im the only sane one left honest)

Welcome to the gang!

You've had your bike less time than me and done more blooming miles! No fair!

Welcome to the site.

Off topic slightly, but why isn't your post count going up? I make it at least 3 up to now... Odd...

But you have a better beard

I had 1100 miles on the clock when I bought my bike back in January.
I now have 2500 on it.
Youll get the miles in when you start meeting different people.
