my plug keeps sooting up as anyone expierienced this i think the bike is running very rich which then leads me to believe that it could be the throttle position sensor would i be right in thinking this as i do believe a bike shop has messed with this and cant find the problem

A little more detail on the bike in question could be handy. If it was only one plug (usually the front), and if you had a curvy 99-02 bike I'd suspect a sticking choke cable or plunger. If you have an 03+ bike, however, there's no manual choke so the diagnosis would be different.

Since you mention the TPS, I presume it's got evil EFI on it.

Reset the TPS. Why are you letting a bike shop mess around with it anyway?
