The black mountains - Brecon Beacons - ride out!

I went from cwmllynfell through to llangadog (acording to the gf) over the mountains.

all i can say is wow!! tight, technical, but not too difficult (I thought it was easier to ride than the Perbright twisties) great views and view of the road. on the way over there was not a single car on the road. not one!

really enjoyed it and so did the gf. I will go back tomorrow morning for another little blast in the sun! and this time we will bring a camera!!

My only regret is that Wales isnt sunny more often!!

Any chance you could mark the route on google maps and post a link, gonna head over this way next month hopefully

Yeah good twisties although I'm not too keen on the road surface; it's a bit ****ty

Come to wales next weekend for the Welsh TT although from Reading you'd have to leave and 7 and won't be home til 7.

looking forward to some pics of this area-meant to be great for training

I have no idea how to do this and I dont know the names of anywhere!! I will ask the GF if she can do it!

there is some nasty black stuff there, but other than that the surface isnt that bad IMO considering where it is

yea, they are quite tricky in sectons.


We went back there today as there was more sun and took some pics and some very bad video!









not the best pics in the world, but hey! just another excuse to get back there!!

I'm hoping your girlfriend's jacket is lying on the floor behind the back or out the picture
