Default any one used www.motobrio.co.uk

i ordered a pair of AGV proflex gloves from www.motobrio.co.uk but when they came, they were the wrong ones, a note inside said the ones i ordered were out of stock, so they sent the next model up.

although, the ones they sent look crap, no where near as good as the ones i ordered, and i dont want them, i could have gort the ones they sent off ebay for half the price which i paid

i have tried phoning them lots, but its just an answer phone, i have left a message, and also sent them an email

Hovis is it just today you been trying to ring them mate? If so i spotted this on their website that may explain it...
NEW SHOP / MAIL-ORDER HELPLINE OPENING HOURS
with immediate effect & until further noticeMonday and Tuesday 6pm to 9pm
Wednesday Closed
Thursday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm

If you dont get hold of them then the next option is your card company, depending on how you paid of course. If it was a credit card its easier than if it was a debit card.

I hate companies who take it on themselves to send you a replacment product, why they cant call or email you first and give you the option is beyond me. It also sounds in this case as tho they are trying to fob you off with junk they cant sell, which is just not on.
Very worst scenario is that you contact your local Trading Standards office and ask their advice.

They're doing themselves no falours with their rubbish customer service are they, lol.

I for one know i wont be using them based on your experience so far.... well not unless they come up with a decent reason and look after you properly of course.

The chap there isn't in on Mondays/Weekends, IIRC. I find him to be pretty good in terms of communications, when you can get hold of him. Give him a bell, rather than email if possible.
