'he waved back' which meant only one hand controlling the bike unnecessarily, oooh a missed opportunity there pete could've nicked him for that.

I nipped round the corner, saw a nice gentleman in a florescent coat with what appeared to be a radar gun in one hand and a customer in the other. Still had another for a big cheery wave as well

why do they do that?
What really irritates me, is when your stood waiting for the lollypop lady to come to the road and let you across, and they see your waiting.....and they bloody don't stop! I hope you gave her a goo telling off!
